Seamax Deluxe Boat Launching Wheels are built with an adjustable design, allowing for 4 adjustment positions for length and angle to fit any boat. To adjust the leg length, push in the spring-loaded buttons on the leg and either pull or push to lengthen or shorten. For adjusting the leg angle, push down on the spring-loaded bar near the top and move the leg assembly to the desired location. Removing the leg assembly from the bracket is simple, just pull out the quick release pin located at the top of the leg assembly.

Installation should be done by an adult with experience working with tools. Drill 5/16” holes in the plywood transom for the mounting brackets, ensuring the holes are in the correct position. Always check the wheel arm position before drilling any holes. Maintenance includes washing the dolly after use in saltwater or sandy beach, checking tire pressure before each use, and avoiding storing the wheels under the sun or near heat. It’s recommended to remove the wheel arm from the transom bracket when storing the boat, and to lubricate the spring load dolly system if needed.

Dolly tires may not be fully inflated when shipped, so it’s essential to give 15-20 PSI pressure at room temperature before use. An upgrade kit is available for heavy loading applications or sandy beach use, with new 14” diameter and 4” wide tires made of reinforced vehicle grade natural rubber. The Deluxe Boat Launching Wheels system is made of marine grade T6 aluminum alloy and lab-tested to support a maximum load of 600 LBS in all conditions.
