Seamax Bimini Top for Inflatable, Fiberglass, & Aluminum Boats

Seamax Bimini offers a Model Check List with 5 different sizes to accommodate various boats. The canopy dimensions range from 4ftx4ft to 8ftx6.5ft, capable of supporting inflatable boats up to 20ft and aluminum boats up to 24ft. The standard canopy color is gray, with an option to upgrade to a black Sunbrella type fabric which is stronger and has double the lifespan. Additional Bimini options include the Pontoon Fitting Patch Kit, Stainless Steel Deck Mount Kit, and Rear Support Pole, available as a combo price with the Bimini. This complete set of Bimini system is suitable for inflatable, aluminum, and fiberglass boats up to 24ft, with the capability to support boating speeds of up to 30 knots.

For the Pontoon Fitting Kit, a 2 Part Glue is provided with instructions to mix in the hardener before use, with specific recommendations for cold weather and high humidity conditions. A MEK Based Glue instruction is also provided. The Bimini Top comes with a built-in aluminum eye-end fitting to install on the standard oar lock pin (diameter 10mm / 0.4 inch) of an inflatable boat. The aluminum eye-end fitting can rotate 360 degrees, providing rigidity and flexibility compared to other types in the market.

Seamax provides a choice between two canopy fabric materials - Polyester Pigment Fabric and Acrylic Solution-dyed fabric (Sunbrella). The Polyester fabric is available in gray and the Acrylic fabric is available in black, offering a heavy-duty solution suitable for outdoor use with double the lifespan.

The PVC Pontoon Fitting Patch Kit, developed by Seamax, is designed for use with inflatable boats. It allows for 180°+180° turns without any dead angles and includes Pontoon Fitting Patches with built-in stainless steel base, an aluminum adaptor for the eye-end fitting, a quick release pin & wind nut bolt, and 100ml of Glue.

For aluminum boats and fiberglass boats, the Nylon Reinforced Deck Mount Kit creates solid support for the Bimini system. It includes 4 Bimini mounting stands with lock pin, 4 C-mounts for straps tight down, and hardware, with an option for a 70° mounting stand for inclined surfaces. A Hypalon version of the kit is also available.
