SEAM TECHNOLOGY

The Ocean500T features a 4-layer overlap seam finishing, which is considered the strongest seam construction standard in the inflatable boat industry. The main chamber fabrics are bonded together with ½” overlapping and reinforced with extra seam tapes on both sides of the chamber, resulting in a 5mm overall thickness of the 4-layers chamber seam.
