Seamax Inflatable Boat Air Series: 9ft to 10.5ft with Lightweight High Pressure Airmat

Airmat floor technology consists of two layers of fabric connected by thousands of polyester cross-stitches. When inflated to high pressure, this air cushion becomes as rigid as a traditional floor. Not only is the Airmat floor much lighter and more space-efficient, it is also soft to the touch, able to absorb bumps, and resistant to tears. The Airmat chamber can support a maximum pressure of 10 PSI, and we recommend using the Seamax Electric Air Pump for inflation.

Assembling an inflatable boat is relatively simple and should take about an hour the first time. Before pumping the air chambers, it is important to double check all valves and ensure that they are in the intake position. Clear a flat, clean surface free of sharp objects and place the boat on the ground. Make sure to place the Plywood Support for the Airmat floor at the rear in the correct position to ensure proper support and V Hull when boating. Pump the tube chambers until they are 40-60% full to open up the boat and make it easier to position the Airmat floor. After ensuring that all is properly positioned, pump the tube chambers until they are at full pressure, followed by the Airmatch chamber, and finally the V-hull chamber.

The Air320 has a beam of 5.0ft, an overall length of 10.5ft, inner dimensions of 2.4x7.5ft, a pontoon diameter of 17 inches, 3 pontoon chambers, 1 Airmat chamber, 1 keel chamber, a boat weight of 100lbs, and a max loading of 987lbs with 4 passengers. It is rated for a 15HP motor and also has a 15” short shaft transom, as well as 2 bench seats.
