Adjustable Design: These wheels feature 4 adjustable positions for length and angle to modify the leg length. To adjust the leg length, push in the spring-loaded buttons on each side of the leg and then pull or push to lengthen or shorten. For adjusting the leg angle, push down on the spring-loaded bar near the top of the leg assembly and move the leg assembly to the desired location. To remove the leg assembly from the bracket, pull out the quick release pin located at the top of the leg assembly.

Installation: This dolly set should be installed by an experienced adult using tools. Drill 5/16” holes in the plywood transom for the mounting brackets, making sure to locate the position of the holes correctly and check the wheel arm position before drilling.

Maintenance: Wash after use in saltwater or sandy beaches, check tire pressure before each use, avoid storing the wheels in sunlight or heat, remove the wheel arm from the transom bracket when storing the boat, and lubricate the spring load dolly system if needed. Always keep the lock pin on the dolly bracket.

Tire Inflation: Dolly tires may not be fully inflated when shipped, so only give 15-20 PSI pressure at room temperature before using. Use a car tire digital air pump to prevent over-inflation.

Upgrade Kit: A 14" dual wheel upgrade kit is available for heavy loading applications or sandy beach use.

Design and Materials: The Seamax Deluxe Boat Launching Wheels system is made of marine grade T6 aluminum alloy with CNC processing and anodized coating to prevent corrosion. Small parts are made of solid stainless steel and reinforced Nylon. The air-filled tire is lab-tested for a maximum loading of 600 LBS in all conditions.

Transom Bracket: The installation area is about 8 x 3 inches, and we have developed a new profile for the transom bracket which only requires 2 bolts to install, making it easier to put on the boat with the same loading capacity.
