Seamax EZ Load Boat Launching Wheels Set with 12 Pneumatic Tire

Seamax Canada has designed the Seamax Easy Load Boat Launching Wheels Set, which is made of the toughest marine grade T6 aluminum alloy and processed with CNC. All aluminum parts are coated with a shiny anodized coating, making the product suitable for use in saltwater. Additionally, small parts are crafted from solid stainless steel. Lab testing has shown that the wheels can support up to 1000lbs and are capable of handling a maximum load of 500lbs in all conditions. This makes them ideal for use with inflatable boats, aluminum boats, and fiberglass boats.

The system is specifically designed for boats with a transom and can accommodate boats with a length of up to 16 feet and a total weight of 500lbs. However, the installation of these transom wheels should only be carried out by an adult with experience working with tools. Proper installation requires drilling 4 holes (5/16”) in the transom for mounting, and additional reinforcement may be necessary for some aluminum transoms. It is recommended to use marine sealant, such as Sikaflex 291, during installation.

The new Push Button design and the ability to adjust the system to three different stages make it very versatile. This system allows for adjustment while afloat in the boat, providing different performance positions for boat launching. The wheel arm length increases by 2.5” per stage, with a range of length from 22 to 28 inches when combined with the wheel's diameter.

When using the dolly tires, it is important to ensure they are not fully inflated when shipped. Only 15-20 PSI pressure should be given at room temperature before use, and it is best to use a portable digital air pump to prevent tire over-inflation. The manufacturer also offers a dual wheel kit for heavy loading applications.

Proper maintenance of the wheel set is crucial. It should be washed after each use in salt water or on sandy beaches, and tire pressure should be checked before every use. The wheels should not be stored in direct sunlight or near heat to maximize their lifetime. It is recommended to remove the wheel arm from the transom bracket when storing the boat, and the spring load dolly system should be lubricated.
